Let's dive into some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers and potential customers. If you don't see your question here, please do not hesisitate to reach out.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, due to the nature of our catering services, we require a minimum order of 30 Guest. This means, 30 items ordered per guest.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 10 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger events.

Can I order for same-day pickup or delivery?

We typically require advance notice, but for urgent orders, please contact us directly at (240)722-5524 and smoknwillsbbq@gmail.com to check availability.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Yes, changes can be made up to 5 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Just give us a call directly so there is no confusion or missed communication.

Do you offer combo packages or family-style meals?

Currently, our menu is à la carte, allowing you to mix and match your favorites. However, we may offer special packages upon request contact us for details!

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

We specialize in BBQ meats, but we may be able to accommodate vegetarian requests. Please reach out to discuss options.

Do you deliver?

At the moment we only offer pickup at designated locations. However, we do deliver locally in the Waldorf area.

How should I store and reheat my BBQ?

We provide reheating instructions with all orders to ensure you get the best flavor and texture.  

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash app, Zelle, Cash.

Do you require a deposit for large catering orders?

Yes, 50% of total price.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders must be canceled within five days to receive your deposit back.  If order is not canceled within five days of event you will not receive deposit refund.

Do you provide plates, utensils, or napkins?

No, however if this is needed then they can be provided and pricing will be reflected & included in the customers deposit.

Do you cater for weddings, corporate events, or large gatherings?

Yes! Contact us via phone or our contact form to discuss customized catering options for your event.
